isoLINE^® – Trenchless Sewer Rehabilitation

isoLINE^® PL is based on a knitted fabric made from 100% PES yarn that is optimized for resin absorption through its manufacturing and finishing process. The textile substrate has an air and watertight polyurethane coating developed specifically for sewer rehabilitation applications. The materials were selected for their very good chemical resistance in wastewater conditions.

isoLINE^® HM and isoLINE^® KL are based on a needlemat made from a blend of glass and polypropylene fibers. Both material mixtures differ in their fiber content. You can choose between increased PP content (isoLINE^® HM) or increased glass fiber content (isoLINE^® KL) depending on the requirements and application area. These composite materials combine the positive properties of both material components.

The composite has a PVC coating because different devices are used to introduce these products into the sewer (e.g. packers). This protects the packer so that it comes in contact with as little resin as possible to minimize cleaning effort.
